You will own and drive the performance of key marketing channels (paid social, paid search, CRM), with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and contribution margin for the Netherlands Market.
You will plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, constantly evaluating performance and reallocating budget based on data and impact.
You will take ownership of marketing spend, making smart, data-driven decisions on where and how much to invest to maximize returns.
You will work closely with the Country Manager and Business Development team to align on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy.
You will collaborate with global and local teams (website, creative, CRM) to test and scale initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
You will continuously monitor performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, contribution margin) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
You will test new channels and ideas in a structured way, running controlled experiments and scaling what works.
