Marketplaces Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies: Lead the creation and optimization of marketing strategies in marketplaces to enhance brand awareness and drive performance in the marketplace.
• Performance management: Continuously monitor and manage the performance of various marketing methods and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
• Ad optimization: Oversee the performance and optimization of m
• arketplace ads to ensure they effectively reach targeted audiences and yield high return on investment.
• Content optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing listings with updated titles, engaging descriptions, A+ content, and visually appealing images to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborative approach: Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns, both internally in Emma and with the marketplaces POCs
• Self-starter mentality: Thrive in a high-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt, taking complete ownership of your work stream without expecting micromanagement.
• Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategic optimization.
• Flat organizational structure: Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical organization where roles are high-impact and entail a substantial degree of ownership.
• Budgment Management and Control: Manage, and optimize the internal budget and spend for the marketplaces channels, aligning with the counterparts for each marketplace.
