What you’ll do
- Identify and open doors to Mid-Market prospective accounts across your territory
- Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts
- Showcase our product to our prospects helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos.
- Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and close the business as applicable.
- Attend and travel to customer meetings and / or events where required
- Use technologies like Hubspot, LinkedIN and other tools to help you achieve your goals and forecast accurately.
- Meet and exceed quotas
- Work cross-functionally to share feedback on how we can win more growth accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner.
You will be a great fit here if you
- You already work in the digital assets and/or adjacent segments and have a great network in the Crypto world.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors
- Natural hunter
- Are a self-starter, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Have a natural curiosity to learn more and dig into the why behind things independently
- Use defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or others in your deal management
- Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit and cultivating unity and commitment among the team but work well under a remote first environment.
- Have an understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies
- Used AI (Claude, ChatGPT) for lead generation, market research, territory mapping/planning etc.
Our ideal candidate has
- 5+ years experience in the B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS world in an outbound sales role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into the Americas market
- Large network of contacts that operate in the Digital Asset space
- Experience in sales cycles that range from 6 - 12 months and typically involve RFI/RFPs.
- Understands how to sell to C-Suite and has a network to leverage off to facilitate introductions
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset. You’re comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient
- A genuine passion for the digital assets and the crypto economy
- Uses AI tooling to achieve their mission and goal
Bonus Points for
- Background in the AML and or compliance space selling to Fintechs
- Can speak any of the following languages: Spanish & Portuguese
