NSC Account Manager - DACH (German Speaking)

The Opportunity

This role offers significant responsibility within a dynamic international organization. You will have direct impact on regional growth, market positioning, and long-term OEM partnerships, while operating within a structured and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual OEM sales and business plan in alignment with the regional operating strategy
• Achieve and exceed defined revenue and performance targets
• Establish and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate OEM agreements internally across relevant departments
• Identify market opportunities and define target customer strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership
• Monitor pipeline performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle
• Represent the organization at relevant OEM and industry events

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technology solution sales
• Proven track record in selling complex, value-based solutions with measurable ROI
• Experience within the automotive and/or OEM landscape preferred
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix and cross-border environments
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
