1. Office & Culture Operations
Vibe Manager: Curating and ordering weekly Friday Happy Hour snacks and drinks to keep the team energized and connected.
Space Management: Organizing office layout, ordering stationery/equipment, and managing courier services.
Facility Maintenance: Maintaining office conditions and coordinating necessary repairs.
Supplies: Managing the end-to-end process of ordering and distributing office supplies.
2. Talent Growth & APAC Support
Recruitment Support: Partnering with the People & Culture team to support APAC region talent acquisition, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Onboarding: Leading the "Insider One Welcome" for newcomers (office tours, welcome lunch, health/labor insurance setup, and bank account coordination).
Team Activities: Organizing quarterly / yearly team-building events and special holiday celebrations.
3. Management & Strategic Support
Governance: Partnering with HR to update new hire status and maintaining local government compliance documents.
Data & Reporting: Updating OKR reports and pulling data to track office efficiency.
Leadership Support: Directly supporting Directors with research, special projects, and administrative tasks.
4. Finance, Legal & Admin
Invoicing: Preparing client and internal invoices, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-ups.
Documentation: Managing agreements, translations, and legal contracts in coordination with Tax/Legal agencies.
Travel & Logistics: Managing travel bookings, scheduling, and updated contact databases.
