📝 The role
We’re hiring a Senior Outbound Growth Operations profile to build and run our outbound sales machine, from lead generation to booked discovery.
You’ll work on the end-to-end outbound operational chain: from sourcing and enriching leads, to pushing clean data to the CRM, enabling outbound execution in tools like Outreach/Lemlist, tracking results & feedback loop to help Sales crews execute on the best prospection strategy.
This role is a mix of
- Technical Lead generation / Growth Ops: data sourcing, database management, enrichment, governance, CRM push & automation
- Sales Ops/Outbound Ops for Sales: build strategy, campaign & sequence operations and enablement to drive conversion
You will sit at the intersection of data, tooling, process, and sales execution. Your job is to make sure our lead database & outbound machine is clean, efficient and measurable.
🧩 What your missions look like1) Lead generation Strategy & Roadmap
- You’ll help define what we build next, why it matters, and how we measure it.
- You’ll translate GTM needs into concrete initiatives, prioritize, and own execution.
2) Lead gen Database & Tech Stack
- You’ll co-own the leadgen datalake (in Snowflake) & operations for company & contact data: definitions, required fields, formatting rules, dedupe logic, documentation, and monitoring.
- You will evaluate, select, and implement enrichment tools. You’ll define enrichment rules (what we enrich, when, and with which priority), monitor coverage/accuracy over time, and proactively implement improvements.
- You will also own part of the prospection tech stack, mainly built on SQL, low-code & AI, in order to make it work at scale. It also includes CRM integrations & outbound tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Lemlist.
3) Outbound Prospection Operations
- You’ll help Sales teams execute their outbound prospection strategy by building the right prospection processes & coordinating outbound campaigns creation & maintenance.
- You’ll also define guidelines & drive adoption of our prospection tools to enable our sales teams.
5) Prospection Efficiency Tracking & Feedback loop
- You’ll build dashboards and analyses that show funnel conversion rates and drop-offs, time-to-next-step (latency), sequence performance (reply, meeting booked, positive signals), data quality and health metrics
- You will use insights to identify bottlenecks and propose experiments/changes that increase discovery conversion
- You will build a structured feedback loop with Sales Leads: collect qualitative signals and translate them into initiatives
🚀 Field-rooted examples of what you could own in the first months
- Generate leads in the CRM for a new segment opening, for new countries leveraging our consolidated lead database, public data bases and our scrapping/enrichment tools
- Refresh CRM data at scale for various data points: number of employees, website/LinkedIn scrapped data points.
- Improve our contact enrichment engine: test data sources, implement new ones, update CRM data at scale, and create a feedback loop with sales
- Implement a sequence management process in Outreach / Lemlist with BDR Leads to ensure our outbound prospection campaigns & call sessions perform well. Ensure these sequences are used (adoption) and measure performance.
- Create an operational reporting view showing: volume → contacted → replied → discovery booked and deep dive with sales leads to evaluate the conversion issues
⭐ Who we are looking for ⭐ You have the rare combination of technical depth and Sales-facing operational instinct. You enjoys building systems that make growth repeatable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation / outbound growth operations / Sales Operations in a B2B tech environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Solid SQL skills & database management (comfortable querying, joining, validating, building reliable logic for segmentation)
- Experience working with AI: you are familiar with the most common LLMs, you can build & optimize prompts, you can build AI sales use-cases, you can integrate AI steps in workflows / automations
- Automation / low-code workflows expertise (Zapier or other low code)
- Strong CRM fundamentals (Salesforce administration is preferred: fields and object creation, managing API and connection to other systems, deep understanding of the data model)
- Experience with outbound tools such as Outreach, Lemlist (or equivalents)
- Reporting & analytics (define metrics, build dashboards, explain insights clearly)
