Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies and we are scaling our co-selling across our Systems Integration partners.
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the team and facilitate Fivetran sales engagements across our partners. The Partner Development Manager role is to develop, maintain and execute the process to support our Fivetran sales teams in co-selling alongside our Systems Integration partners. This role helps to accelerate our growing sales engagements across these partners resulting in an improved customer experience and mutual revenue growth. The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Fivetran and how we as a company go to market and this role is critical to this in achieving alignment with our most strategic partners.
This is a full-time, remote position based in France. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including some days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Partner sales portals, Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are your primary tools and technologies you’ll be using in the role.
Work with Systems Integration Partner Managers to understand co-sell processes specific to each partner and identify ways to improve support and scale across each partner such as, sales facing resources, system automation and analytical insights useful in successful partner engagements.
Proactively identify top accounts and customers for Fivetran sales teams to partner with at the Systems Integration partners.
Facilitate and secure account discussions with partner sales counterparts.
Define, maintain and improve co-sell operational components including sales facing resources, system automation along with analytical insights useful in successful partner engagements.
Connect the dots between Fivetran sales and our partner sales teams to ensure the Fivetran sales team is solution selling with our partners and delivering a delightful customer experience.
Focus on growing revenue growth and pipeline creation across both Fivetran and our Systems Integration Partners.
Assist in managing the sales relationship with the Systems Integration Partners, acting as a liaison between internal teams and the partner sales teams.
Skills We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles within a technology company.
Basic understanding of data integration technologies and partnership dynamics.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage various stakeholders.
Proficient in using CRM tools to manage partner interactions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Extremely organised, able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop and thinking about how to scale and service a growing group of Fivetran sales executives.
