1. Own payroll and employee administration excellence
Own payroll and employee administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution.
Guarantee the quality, reliability, and integrity of employee data and contractual documentation.
Oversee all key employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, contractual changes, leaves, and departures.
Manage and develop the People Operations Specialist, providing coaching, structure, prioritization, and operational support.

Optimize and automate People Operations workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Drive HR systems improvements and support future evolution of the HR tech stack.
Act as a trusted partner for HR data, reporting, and tools across the People & Culture team and leadership.

Help scale People Operations and Compliance practices in a fast-growing international environment.
Leverage systems, automation, and data to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Support managers and employees through clear guidance, communication, and process simplification.

Experience
8+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Compliance, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Strong experience managing payroll and employee administration processes.
Experience working with employee representatives and social dialogue.
Solid knowledge of French labor law.
Good understanding of international HR compliance topics.
Experience in a fast-growing, international, or technology-driven environment is a plus.
