Admin & Communication
Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the founder
Handle routine and “easy” inbound communications
Draft and send professional replies
Make outbound calls when required
Scheduling & Personal Assistance
Manage calendar and appointments
Coordinate bookings and meetings
Assist with travel planning (flights, accommodation, logistics)
Marketing & Brand Support
Research and identify PR influencers for product promotion
Assist with outreach coordination
Support execution of ad campaigns (primarily Google & Pinterest ads)
Upload ads and track basic performance metrics
General Virtual Assistant Support
Conduct online research
Assist with ad hoc tasks across the business
Take initiative in identifying ways to reduce the founder’s workload
Strong written and verbal English communication
Previous VA / Personal Assistant experience
Comfortable handling emails independently
Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, influencers)
Highly organized and proactive
Able to work PST hours
Experience with Google Ads or Pinterest Ads
Experience sourcing or working with influencers
Background supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands
