Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Drive and maintain data integrity in PMO tooling to support program portfolio health tracking, risk escalation, and portfolio reporting
- Deliver business process improvements to improve effectiveness and reliability of program delivery. Define and launch 2–3 internal operating rhythms or workflows that add real business value and support the coordination across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program teams (e.g., milestone readiness reviews, mission program kickoffs, workload planning)
- Drive culture of programmatic delivery throughout Missions LoB. Build trust and execution alignment with 2–3 functional leaders by serving as their go-to PMO partner for critical, messy, or cross-functional initiatives. Increase execution clarity and predictability in supported efforts, as measured by milestone success, stakeholder feedback, and cycle time
- Drive issue resolution and problem solving. Ensure action follow-through and timely action closure across execution topics in customer delivery programs
What we’re looking for
- Execution-Focused Project Delivery: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to real outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Workflow & Process Design: Designs and improves internal processes that reduce friction and scale with the business
- High-Tech Orientation: Comfortable working alongside engineers and using tools like JIRA, GenAI solutions and live dashboards to drive alignment and tracking
- Strategic Judgment: Able to prioritize critical path items, identify risks early, and focus execution on the value-unlocks which move the needle
- Change Leadership: Strong communicator who can build trust, influence and coordinate across functions, also beyond their formal authority
