Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD), required.

Must hold a current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.

Physical/Mental Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods of time. Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling medications, operating equipment, and using computer systems. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity to read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens accurately. May require bending, reaching, and repetitive motions during production activities.
