Lead and Scale a Specialized Pod. Act as a formal people manager for a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for their growth, performance, and alignment with the broader intelligence strategy.
Own the Core Predictive Foundation. Personally drive the strategy for our core models. You will define the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications across the entire 6sense ecosystem.
Drive Cross-Model Initiatives. Establish the global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure our predictions remain the industry benchmark.
Maximize Model Leverage. Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring that platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases.
Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership. Partner directly with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early and identifying opportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.

People Leadership. Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability.
Predictive Product Mastery. Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
Operating Rigor. You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance.
B2B Mindset. Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes.
Experience. 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.

Base Salary Range: $188,997.50 - $255,863.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
