What You’ll Do
- Help manage and execute the Go-To-Market project plans for our 3x-a-year product releases, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation and management of product marketing content and strategy for our major global conferences, including Inspire and World Tour.
- Own the continuous refresh of product marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and roadmap updates to ensure internal and external stakeholders always have the latest information.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, broader marketing teams, and sales enablement to keep launch plans moving efficiently.
- Manage content postings in the Coupa Community portal, monitor incoming customer questions/comments to ensure timely SME (Subject Matter Expert) responses, and partner with the Community Experience team to drive alignment and completion of deliverables assigned to Product Marketing.
- Leverage cutting-edge generative AI tools (such as Notebook, Gemini, etc.) to optimize workflows, scale content creation, and drive internal process efficiencies.

What You Will Bring to Coupa
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing project management, or a related field within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables for large-scale initiatives (like product launches or event content).
- Ability to work highly collaboratively across organizational lines and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A strategic mindset that aligns with Coupa's core values and long-term goals.
- A forward-thinking approach to technology, with demonstrated ability or strong desire to use AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work overlapping hours with PST and EST time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with our North American teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferences
- Experience with, or a strong willingness to learn and dive deep into, Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
- Experience with, or an eagerness to learn, Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) for tracking complex launch cycles.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization and Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce.com, etc.) to measure content and launch performance.
- Background or interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance SaaS solutions.
