We’re looking for a high-output, conversion-driven production designer to create a large volume of static assets and landing pages that drive measurable results. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; someone who can blend efficiency, creativity, and brand consistency while shipping dozens of pieces of creative each week.
You’ll design 15–20 landing pages bi-weekly, along with creative for ad flights, email campaigns, and other promotional initiatives. The emphasis is on volume, speed, and conversion performance, not just aesthetics. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and CRO strategists to test creative hypotheses, optimize conversion elements, and evolve the Doctronic brand system for scale.
