•
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or construction project requirements and statement of work in accordance with project management industry standards.
•
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing Construction Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics related to plans. Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
•
Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
•
Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
•
Assists with conducting 30/60/90% design reviews and produces briefings at each stage for the customer.
•
Performs configuration audits as required. Coordinates with base host to ensure all project personnel are credentialed to enter a controlled worksite.
•
Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, and changes information to project team.
•
Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
•
Bachelor's degree or higher
•
1+ years’ experience in program or project management
•
1+ years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
•
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
•
Level 2: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•
Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•
Experience developing and maintaining Earned Value baselines and status to plan
•
Experience as a Cost Account Manager
•
Experience in risk, issues and opportunities management
•
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
•
Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
•
Experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Open Plan Professional, etc.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position may require travel up to 50% of the time.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): USD $76,500 - $103,500
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): USD $94,350 - $127,650
