WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage projects to deliver agreed business outcomes for our client across transactional and subscription engagements
- Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring accountability for on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery
- Perform project‑level planning, scheduling, and execution oversight
- Align project vision, strategy, and business objectives with client expectations
- Track project metrics, manage financials, and ensure overall project profitability
- Identify opportunities for additional business and contribute to presales and renewal evaluations
- Identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation and response strategies
- Lead the execution of contract Change Management processes
- Manage partner delivery and commercial arrangements when third‑party resources are engaged
- Contribute to the broader project management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices
Role‑Specific Responsibilities
- Establish project structure, governance, and processes to enable successful delivery
- Ensure scope management and Change Management controls remain in place throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide clear and consistent status reporting to key stakeholders
- Oversee risk, issue, and communications management activities
Scope
- Typically manages up to five (5) medium‑sized customer projects concurrently
Complexity
- Moderate risk profile
- Medium volume of dependencies
- Projects may involve new or existing technologies
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- College/University degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of project management experience in a comparable industry; experience in IT/Telco environments is beneficial
- Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage financials, track metrics, and maintain delivery quality
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
