- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and leadership roles.

- Design and implement AI-powered recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
- Evaluate and deploy recruiting tools, automations, and AI agents that increase team productivity.
- Build scalable processes that reduce manual work and improve hiring velocity.
- Continuously identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
Process & Stakeholder Management
- Build structured interview processes, scorecards, and hiring frameworks.
- Partner closely with hiring managers on intake sessions, calibration, and decision-making.
Use recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in startups or high-growth companies.
- Proven success hiring across technical and business functions.
- Experience building recruiting systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered recruiting tools and workflow automation.
- Deep sourcing expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
