We are ooking for a highly organized Recruiting & People Operations Coordinator (Temp) to support recruiting, hiring, and people operations across Avive. This role will primarily focus on coordinating interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting both internal recruiters and external recruiting partners.
In addition to recruiting coordination, this person will assist with a variety of people operations and administrative responsibilities, including onboarding support, employee programs, candidate and executive travel coordination, calendar management, and other projects that help keep our team running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating great experiences for candidates and employees alike.
This role will start on a 3 month basis with option to extend and potentially convert to permanent.
