We are seeking creative and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Itinerary Coordinator, In this role, you will assist clients in designing personalized travel plans by organizing trip details, researching destinations, and building thoughtfully structured itineraries.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel planning, research, and creating well-organized experiences for others. Travel Itinerary Designers use established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itinerary development, and travel logistics.
Design and organize detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and tours
Research destinations and provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Coordinate reservations and confirm availability with travel suppliers and partners
Ensure travel plans are organized, accurate, and clearly communicated to clients
Maintain detailed records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
Assist travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips
Stay informed on destination information, travel promotions, and supplier updates
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple itineraries and client requests simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or trip planning
Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, hospitality, or event planning is helpful but not required
