Minimum combined 3 years in Car Sales management and Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Quick learner with the ability to work with others and/or manage a team.

PC skills, including knowledge of V-Auto, VinSolutions, Dealertrack DMS and F&I, Darwin, and other Finance Programs, as well as certain CRM programs, particularly VinSolutions preferred.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 to $123,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
