WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the revenue operating rhythm: build and maintain ELT materials, run bi-weekly pipeline reviews, and produce weekly revenue reports with week-over-week trend analysis
- Manage Salesforce as the source of truth: build reports and dashboards, track pipeline velocity, and flag stalled accounts, slipping close dates, and declining activity before they become surprises
- Translate data into insights: create analysis using our structured data and synthesize reporting into a clear narrative and recommendation for the CRO and sales leadership
- Own the full sales cadence: preview decks before major calls, keep teams accountable to update materials on time, and ensure the revenue org runs without gaps
- Lead go-to-market research on a monthly/quarterly basis: conduct TAM analysis for new market motions, segment prospects, and map who's already been contacted against new ideal customer profiles
- Build client dossiers ahead of strategic meetings: structured research packets on key accounts (especially publicly traded carriers) to support sales leaders in high-impact interactions
- Iterate on pricing models with Finance: develop a rigorous framework for annuities and life insurance pricing, including benchmarking against market data
- Build a consolidated forecast view: combine pipeline data, inputs from our TPA Services team, and any other reporting sources into a single coherent picture with a human-readable summary
- Automate the recurring work: identify activities and workflows that can be automated and implement scalable automations to drive efficiency
WHO YOU ARE
- A self-starter and rigorous thinker who builds a point of view from ambiguous data and strives to deliver actionable insights
- Comfortable in Salesforce and fluent with data tools; continuous improvement mindset for refining existing workflows and systems
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools as a core part of your daily work, and willing to deploy skills, automations, and workflows using AI tools
- No traditional Sales Ops background required. Bestow values problem-solvers who challenge assumptions and find better ways to get things done
- Takes initiative and can own a project end-to-end, and also knows when to find subject-matter experts before going too far down the wrong path
