Sales Compensation Director

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Compensation Director to our People team in Brazil!

As a Variable Compensation Director, you will oversee all aspects of global sales compensation, including the design, implementation, and management of variable pay programs and incentive plans. You will act as a strategic leader, ensuring that our compensation strategies are market-competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance through data-driven insights and maintaining strong partnerships with Sales Ops, Finance, and Leadership.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead and develop the Variable Compensation team, providing direct supervision and training to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Design and manage global variable pay programs and sales incentive plans to drive performance and market competitiveness.
• Develop annual compensation strategies and oversee the communication and training of these plans for sales leaders and teams.
• Ensure all compensation processes are compliant, accurate, and aligned with global budgetary guidelines.
• Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets, track plan performance, and optimize compensation tools and systems.
• Analyze compensation data and provide regular reporting to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Oversee payment calculations and onboarding processes, acting as the key point of contact for complex compensation issues.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Compensation or HR roles, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations.
• Proven experience in managing complex variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.
• Expertise in compensation best practices and knowledge of budget planning and compliance regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner with other departments.
• Experience as a People Leader, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
