The role
We currently have several open vacancies for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting our CEE and Italian growth markets.
The ideal SDR is a persevering and focused professional, who will partner with the Marketing team to feed our sales funnel to qualify and engage potential new customers within the Growth Market for Perk.

What will you be doing?
- Acquire expert knowledge of Perk
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches;
- As an SDR at Perk, you’ll connect with companies searching for smarter ways to manage business travel and expenses. By introducing them to our all-in-one T&E platform, you’ll help organizations save time, reduce costs, and gain complete visibility over their travel and spend.
- Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them, and scheduling them for further consultations on the sales executive’s calendar;
- Conduct high-level discussions with the Office Manager, Finance, Operations or Travel Managers to explain the Perk Value Proposition.
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides;
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce;
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of Perk and evolve and improve the lead qualification process.
What will you need to succeed?
- You’re an excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian at a near-native level.
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects;
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
- Being a goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
- Being hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound;
- Ability to work as an individual contributor, but bearing in mind you are part of a team;
- Possess a customer-centric mindset;
- You are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads;
- Cross-cultural awareness and time-zone flexibility;
- You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

Interview Process
At Perk, we want every candidate to have the chance to show their best self. Our process helps us understand your motivation and sales drive through realistic, hands-on exercises.
- 30-min introduction call with Anton to discuss your background and the role at Perk.
- 60-min assignment round with Marina and Diletta: You will be required to create a tailored outreach to a potential client and perform a discovery call (we’ll provide the details). This stage allows us to explore your approach, motivation, and how you handle feedback.
- You will receive feedback on your assignment the same day and if successful, you’ll move quickly into a values conversation.
- 30-min values conversation with a dedicated interviewer, focusing on how your values align with our values and how you’d contribute to our culture.
