Detailed Responsibilities1. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, WIP, fixed assets, deferred revenue, AP/AR).
2. Review AP invoice submissions and ensure proper breakout by sensor serial number.
3. Maintain SensorCosts, SensorMaster, WIP, and cohort tracking.
4. Process capitalization entries and monthly cohort depreciation.
5. Manage AP workflows via Brex/Mercury.
6. Support customer billing and revenue accuracy.
7. Assist with NetSuite migration and process automation initiatives.
