Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions — translating goals into roadmaps, managing day-to-day delivery, and pushing back on scope when needed
- Work hand in hand with with leadership to identify the highest-impact initiatives and execute in line with business priorities
- Work closely with AI and data team to build the infrastructure and connections needed to power reliable analysis and define the metrics, logic, and rules that turn raw data into meaningful conclusions
- Build the interfaces that make insights accessible — dashboards, AI assistants, agentic workflows and Slack integrations
- Contribute to the broader agentic AI strategy, including architecture decisions and rollout planning
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years building data-intensive solutions end-to-end, from infrastructure to user-facing interfaces
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based workflows, including multi-agent architectures
- Familiarity with ERP systems, data lakes, banking APIs, and forecasting models
- Strong project management instincts — able to run cross-functional workstreams and make decisions stick
- The judgment to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical plans, and the confidence to challenge when something isn't realistic
