This position grants you significant influence and autonomy in defining our EMEA talent acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own full-cycle recruiting and establish repeatable, data-driven processes to support our rapid growth across EMEA. You will be the primary voice communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition, guiding candidates through a seamless, relationship-driven hiring process.
