Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Systems Administrator – Specialty – Salesforce at ARCTIC WOLF, you will
- Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management.
- Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features.
- Demonstration of a disciplined change control process.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce
- Configure and maintain VisualForce pages, Apex code and Lightning Components
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Manage all processes that impact / relate to your application, Salesforce.
- Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes
- Responsible for maintaining system security and integrity.
- Knowledge and understanding of all integrations that exist within your tool set and how changes, enhancements and new functionality adds mesh with and possibly affect the AWN application ecosystem.
- Reference and update (where applicable) existing documentation regarding Salesforce support and enhancement management.
- Troubleshoot all outages and produce root cause analysis reports as needed. Ability to communicate with leaders and/or executive leadership as needed with updates during and after emergency outage windows.
- Install new Managed Packages and tools within Salesforce environment.
- Provide technical support and assistance as required to strengthen relationships between Business Applications and primary stakeholders within internal user community.
Experience and Requirements

- Ability to understand our Business Tool eco-system.
- Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of connected business tools is a plus (Gainsight, Marketo, Outreach, etc.).
- Ability to manage individual work efforts as part of Jira Sprint/Release process.
- Collaborative and consultative abilities to work with non-technical end users.
- Aptitude for eliciting user requirements and developing both process and technical solutions.
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Obtainment or pursuit of Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform Developer I Certification preferred.
- Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.
- Experience with JavaScript, Apex, SOQL and HTML
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and consultative abilities to work with non-technical end users
- Aptitude for eliciting user requirements and developing both process and technical solutions
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company
- Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance and tracking
- Minimum expectation of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Environment and Physical Demands
- Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.
- Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
- If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.
- In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.
- May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).
