Clinical Risk & Product Review
Product enhancements and new features
AI-enabled documentation and clinical workflows
Medication management, assessments, and other high-risk modules
Identify potential clinical safety risks and escalate early where appropriate
Clinical Affairs Intake & Triage
Support intake triage of Clinical Affairs requests across tools (e.g., Aha, Jira, escalations)
Prioritize requests based on clinical risk, product impact, and urgency
Cross-Functional Partnership
Represent Clinical Affairs in recurring product, engineering, and operational meetings
Partner closely with Product, AI/Engineering, Regulatory, and Clinical teams
Documentation & Governance
Draft clinical risk summaries, validation notes, and supporting documentation
Contribute to audit readiness and governance documentation
Ensure alignment with clinical standards and responsible AI practices

Increased PDLC throughput without compromising clinical safety
Early identification of risks and red flags in the product lifecycle
Reduced late-stage rework and escalation cycles
Strategic clinical direction and executive guidance
Regulatory positioning and external credibility
Advancing AI governance and future-state clinical frameworks
Required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) designation
Experience reviewing or supporting clinical workflows, documentation, or risk assessments
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced education
Experience working with digital health products, EHRs, or healthcare SaaS platforms…
