Join us as a Data Analyst to partner with Qonto's Corporate & Operations teams — Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, Customer Success, AML, Fraud, and Banking Ops — and help them move from reactive reporting to data-driven daily decisions. You'll work directly with Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance, in a team that is actively transforming what analytics means at Qonto: less dashboard-on-demand, more business decisions changed.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will

• Own operational BI end-to-end: Build, consolidate, and maintain dashboards that Nelcy, Chloé (COO), Victor (Strategy), and Nathalie (Finance) use daily.
• Deliver analyses that drive action: Go deep on retention drivers — understanding how product usage, Customer Success actions, help retain client and how product frictions contribute to churn — and assess the financial impact of inactive clients. The job isn't done when the analysis is shared; you follow through until a decision is made.
• Model reusable data assets in DBT: Build clean, documented data models on top of Snowflake that enable self-service — so Operations stakeholders can answer their own questions without raising a new request every time.
• Participate to our BI migration from Tableau to Omni: Help build the semantic layer (the single source of truth for every KPI), manage change across departments with different levels of stakeholders, and unlock AI usage to deliver insights at scale.

🤔 What you can expect

• Analytics work that directly changes decisions: Your stakeholders use data to run their teams daily. When you deliver a retention driver analysis or consolidate dashboards, you see it influence resource allocation or customer strategy within weeks — not quarters.
• How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology — one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. Projects range from 5 days to 2-3 weeks, with a one-month adoption period post-delivery. Success means stakeholders act on insights, not just receive them.
• A team moving from reactive to anticipatory: We're building systems that surface what matters before the business asks — including AI assistants that let stakeholders interrogate their dashboards directly. We have already shipped AI agents in the team; you'll build on that.
• Modern Data Stack: Snowflake, Airflow, Dbt, Tableau, Omni.

Your manager will be Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance. Alma knows exactly what it takes to build an analytics function that actually changes decisions, and she'll push you to do the same.

Alma reports to Erwan, Director of Business Analytics who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams.

🏅 About You

• SQL depth: You write complex queries — joins, CTEs, window functions — understand grain, avoid double counting, and debug when results don't add up. You're comfortable in Snowflake and know enough about DBT to be effective or learn fast.
• Analytical thinking that lands decisions: You start from the business question, define the right success metric, and deliver a clear recommendation — not just a chart. You've changed at least one business decision through your analysis and can walk us through how.
• BI craft focused on adoption: You build dashboards that answer a specific question, with clear metric definitions and data context. You consider the job done only when stakeholders are using the dashboard — and you follow up to make that happen.
• Stakeholder management in large, fast-moving organizations: You communicate proactively when priorities shift, adapt your message from COO to ops analyst, and push back when a request isn't the right question to answer.
• Language: Fluent in English.
