Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design and execute qualification test plans and campaigns for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics
- Develop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and review materials for internal validation
- Analyze test data, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Design and develop test systems, including EGSE, fixtures, and automated test solutions
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve product robustness and testability
- Support production and AIT by ensuring test readiness and scalable testing approaches
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, including mentoring less experienced engineers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
What are we looking forMust haves
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in electronics testing, test automation, or related fields
- Experience leading R&D or technical projects
- Experience developing automated tests and managing full test development lifecycles
- Experience designing test jigs and fixtures
- Experience with microcontroller programming
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium or similar EDA tools
- Experience with SPICE-based circuit simulation
- Hands-on experience testing custom electronics using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of failures
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in multicultural environments
Nice to haves
- Experience in aerospace, satellite systems, or other high-reliability industries
- Experience with environmental testing such as thermal or vibration testing
- Experience scaling test systems for production environments
