Your role at Hostinger

The Brand & Creatives team is the force shaping how Hostinger is seen, perceived, and remembered - running brand, advertising, and employer branding campaigns, and designing everything from digital ads to merch to interior spaces.

You won't be filling briefs from a backlog. You'll be developing advertising campaigns, pushing the visual identity forward, and making decisions that directly affect how a global brand is experienced by millions of people. This role has real creative authority - the kind that comes with genuine ownership, not just responsibility.

We maintain an experiment-friendly brand book, run retrospectives, and use Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology to ground every creative decision in real customer needs. Bold thinking and craft discipline coexist here. We expect both from you.

Your day-to-day

• Develop high-impact advertising campaigns across digital and print channels - from brief analysis through to final asset - ensuring every design decision drives engagement, trust, and conversion.
• Push the brand forward. Hostinger's visual identity is a foundation, not a ceiling. You'll help define where it goes next.
• Partner with copywriters, video producers, project managers, country and product marketing managers, product designers to develop work that resonates locally and lands globally.
• Design multi-channel assets - YouTube ads, Meta banners, email, blog, print - that are both visually striking and strategically grounded.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through honest feedback, shared principles, and leading by example - not just reviewing work, but raising standards.
• Use AI tools as a genuine creative instrument: to explore possibilities, accelerate production, and find approaches that wouldn't exist otherwise.

Your skills and experience

• A portfolio showing proven work across marketing campaigns or brand projects - and the thinking behind it, not just the output.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in your design workflow.
• Sharp craft standards and a genuine point of view on what makes design work work.
• Experience giving constructive, growth-oriented feedback to other designers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities - you make informed decisions with the information available and seek out what's missing.
• Clear, direct communication. You make your point fast and bring context with you.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
