Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain industry-specific use cases and scalable solution blueprints
• Translate business processes, KPIs, and customer needs into structured solution designs
• Combine internal and external data to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Support analytics and AI-driven use cases through clear requirements and documentation
• Contribute to sales and pre-sales activities with insights and analytical input
• Facilitate customer workshops, capturing and structuring business requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and data teams to deliver solutions
• Translate industry and customer needs into structured inputs for product and data teams
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable opportunities

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or industry-focused roles
• Solid understanding of industry processes, KPIs, and performance metrics, and the ability to apply them in concrete customer, sales, and solution contexts
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or related sectors
• Proven ability to develop and implement business use cases or solutions
• Strong understanding of data eco systems, analytics and (Agentic-) AI-driven use cases
• Experience supporting sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing initiatives
