Field Engineering is hiring a Senior Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will deliver real‑time analytical support and imagery exploitation to generate actionable intelligence products for key military leadership.
This unaccompanied onsite position is in northern Iraq / Jordan, for a long-term assignment under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with additional compensation and potential extensions.

- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
What You Will Do
- Produce high‑quality imagery‑based intelligence products, including visible, infrared (IR), radar, and full‑motion video, in support of routine and ad hoc mission requirements.
- Advise military leadership on current and upcoming Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) taskings, as well as sensor and platform capabilities.
- Provide security overwatch for counter–Improvised Explosive Device (IED) missions, force protection activities, and high‑value convoys and patrols.
- Monitor intelligence chat platforms to maintain situational awareness of ongoing tactical operations and ISR sensor status.
- Conduct periodic checks of ISR and force protection video feeds and coordinate with Field Service Representatives to resolve issues.
- Train U.S. military personnel on system functionality, capabilities, and operational procedures.
- Support the onboarding and training of new military and contract operators as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an Intelligence Analyst with expertise in leveraging aerial imagery, full‑motion video (FMV), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and other electronic sensing systems to collect, assess, and interpret intelligence in support of U.S. military operations.
- Background in source, imagery, or common ground station analysis, including the identification of conventional and unconventional military installations, facilities, weapon systems, and associated equipment.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret / SCI security clearance, or SCI Eligibility is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in Intelligence, Intelligence Analysis, or Intelligence Studies.
- Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience working with U.S. government computer systems and providing support to military customers.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, servers, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven capability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
