Senior Marketing Manager - Planning and Insights

What You'll Do

• Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams
• Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment)
• Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs.
• Leading Marketing transformational projects

• Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing.
• Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• 7+ years of marketing experience at high-growth tech companies
• Experience operating within a global marketing organization, navigating cross-regional collaboration and execution.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
