Own E2E lead routing and continuous optimization, driving MQL volume, conversion rate and velocity to allow BDR to follow up on MQL fast.
Drive E2E MarTech solution architecture mapping and optimization project, resulting in streamlined platform/cost, better performance and scale.
Partner closely with teams within and outside marketing to drive large strategic platform implementation and integration with MarTech stack, including CMS/DAM, and webinar platforms.

Create “Marketing Operations India Center of Excellence”. Coach and mentor India-based campaign operations contractors and drive continuous process optimization and operational excellence.
Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in marketing operations, automation and MarTech Integration.
Experience in lead routing, web digital MarTech stack and data architecture optimization between Marketo and SFDC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and business partnering skills with stakeholders, within and outside Marketing
Self-directed and detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
