Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite projects — from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Act as primary functional lead, aligning business objectives with system capabilities across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Configure and optimise core NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain, Order Management, and Advanced Financials.
- Design workflows, custom fields, and approval hierarchies; conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solutions to complex business challenges.
- Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials; facilitate UAT and user training sessions.
- Advise senior stakeholders on NetSuite best practices, process improvements, and roadmap opportunities.
- Manage support tickets via JIRA, ensuring timely resolution of issues raised by business users.
- Mentor junior consultants and key users, raising functional capability across the team.
What we’re looking forMust haves
- 5+ years of NetSuite functional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead consultant role.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations or major optimisation projects.
- Deep functional expertise in at least three modules: Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing/Advanced Inventory, or CRM/Order Management.
- Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, CSV Imports, and Data Migration.
- Strong grasp of financial processes, accounting principles, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops and driving change initiatives.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with SuiteScript concepts and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
- Experience working in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.
- NetSuite certification(s) in relevant functional areas.
