In this role you will…
- Own and continuously improve the company’s core People operating rhythms and talent programs, including performance cycles, calibrations, manager enablement, onboarding, listening systems and recurring People operating cadences.
- Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through.
- Partner cross-functionally with PBPs, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to ensure talent programs are aligned, scalable, and operationally effective.
- Lead calibration operations and coordination across the company, helping drive consistency, alignment, fairness, and high performance standards.
- Own and evolve Manager Forum as a core company operating ritual, including roadmap development, agenda setting, recurring themes, leadership enablement, and feedback loops into broader People strategy.
- Build scalable manager enablement materials and program content, including performance review guides, calibration prep materials, compensation conversation talk tracks, onboarding content, promotion and leveling documentation, and internal operating playbooks.
- Create lightweight but high-impact frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes that improve consistency, execution, and manager effectiveness across the organization.
- Own onboarding program operations and experience including cohort planning, scheduling, executive coordination, run-of-show management, and continuous program iteration.
- Gather and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding and talent program effectiveness.
- Leverage AI and automation to identify opportunities and improve scalability, speed, quality, and consistency across People workflows, manager support, and operational processes.
- Build or experiment with internal People tools, automations, agents, and AI-assisted workflows using Replit and other technologies.
- Identify organizational and operational friction points across the People team and drive improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience across Talent Management, Talent Programs, HRBP, People Operations, Organizational Development, or related People functions
- Experience running complex, cross-functional talent programs at scale
- Strong operator mindset with exceptional program management skills
- Proven ability to build content, frameworks, and scalable processes
- Strong written communication and executive-facing communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across senior stakeholders
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Excitement around AI, automation, and rethinking how People teams operate
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments with ambiguity
- Strong systems thinking and continuous improvement mindset

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
