What You'll Do
You will shape the future of our product portfolio across APAC, defining how we win with consumers and scale sustainably across markets.
- Own the regional portfolio strategy across APAC, defining where to play and how to win across positioning, product opportunities, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
- Translate consumer, market, and business insights into clear product strategies and actionable product briefs
- Partner with global R&D teams to initiate new product development, including defining target consumers, business cases, and key product specifications
- Define product marketing direction by guiding core messaging, claims, and asset requirements in collaboration with marketing teams
- Lead end-to-end regional product launches, from ideation and consumer validation through to market rollout
- Drive consumer and product research initiatives to continuously refine product, pricing, and positioning strategies
- Own portfolio lifecycle management across the region, including product launches, upgrades, and phase-outs
- Lead high-impact strategic projects to improve category performance, including P&L, product ratings, and portfolio efficiency
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years' of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, consumer insighting or category leadership
- Proven expertise in 4P strategy development and execution
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with ability to interpret consumer insights and market trends
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management: leading cross-functional and regional projects and product launches
