As a Senior Product & Delivery Manager, you’ll anchor LAB49’s presence in Mexico City, working hand-in-hand with US-based product, engagement leaders, developers and UX designers. You’ll ensure product intent translates into execution, and delivery discipline stays tight.
Product Execution (60%)
Work with developers, UX, and QA to ensure clarity of scope and alignment with client needs.
Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement walkthroughs with both clients and squads.
Maintain backlog hygiene and readiness, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering execution.
Delivery Management (40%)
Plan, track, and manage risks across multiple streams, ensuring financial, scope, and quality targets are met.
Manage dependencies, holding clients accountable for inputs needed to keep LAB49 delivery on track.
Support engagement leadership in reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
10+ years in technology, with a minimum of 5+ years in product execution, and 5+ in delivery management
5+ years managing teams of 5+ people.
Strong command of project management fundamentals: planning, risk, tracking, and financial oversight.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methods and enterprise-level program governance.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (C1+ level required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing control.
Hands-on experience applying AI in a professional or enterprise context, or demonstrated personal curiosity through active experimentation and a genuine fluency in the current AI landscape.
1 day per week presence at the office in Mexico City will be required
