About the Role
Decagon is rapidly scaling and looking for a highly capable Senior Product & Design Sourcer to fuel this growth. In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel sourcing for our most critical Product and Design hires — partnering closely with Recruiters, Product leaders, and Design leaders to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across Product Management and Product Design.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone with a genuine eye for product and design craft, deep knowledge of this talent landscape, and a track record of building pipelines that convert.
In this role, you will
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Product Management leaders, and Product Design leaders to build world-class product and design teams
- Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for PM and Product Design roles across the company
- Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach product and design talent
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior PMs, product leaders, and designers
- Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Operate with a "one team" mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals
Your background looks something like this
- 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with deep focus on Product Management and/or Product Design roles
- Proven track record engaging top PM and design talent in highly competitive markets
- Strong product and design intuition — you can evaluate a portfolio, assess a PM's scope, and quickly understand what "great" looks like in these disciplines
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
