What’s the mission you’ll driveYour mission as a Senior Product Designer is to lead the end-to-end visual and interaction design of Addi’s Marketplace to create a world-class shopping experience that seamlessly integrates flexible financing. You will drive growth by crafting high-polish, intuitive discovery and checkout journeys that delight users and maximize conversion for our merchant partners across web and mobile platforms
What you will do
- Redesign the Marketplace Discovery Journey by implementing a new visual hierarchy and advanced search filters, resulting in a measurable increase in the number of users who successfully add items to their cart from the home screen.
- Establish a High-Fidelity Merchant UI Kit by auditing and standardizing all components for the seller dashboard, resulting in a seamless self-service experience that allows partners to update catalogs without internal design support.
- Optimize the Post-Purchase Transparency Interface by redesigning the order tracking and repayment visibility modules, resulting in fewer customer inquiries regarding transaction status and payment schedules.
- Deploy a Scalable Design-to-Dev Handoff Process by creating comprehensive documentation and "interaction recipes" in Figma, resulting in the engineering team shipping new marketplace features with total fidelity to the original design.
