About the Role
As our Senior Product Designer (UX), you will own the end-to-end UX experience across Sur La Table's e-commerce storefront, CMS-driven content surfaces, and internal tools — bringing cohesion to a brand where culinary inspiration, product discovery, and class enrollment intersect.
This role exists because we are investing in a more intentional, connected digital experience, and we need a senior designer who can both define the vision and execute against it with craft and speed. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Digital, and Data teams to evolve our design system, run CRO experiments, and shape a UX roadmap that drives measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
Success at six months looks like a maturing design system with stronger component coverage, at least one major experience area meaningfully improved through testing and iteration, and UX established as a trusted strategic voice in product planning.
