We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the company's AI and digital workplace strategy. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership, combining product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, validate customer needs, and bring innovative AI-powered capabilities to market.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered workplace experiences and intelligent employee services.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, search, and knowledge management technologies to create measurable customer value.
- Own product discovery efforts through customer interviews, workshops, research, and market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
- Translate customer insights and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Write detailed product specifications and partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout delivery.
- Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, business value, and security considerations.
- Monitor developments across AI, enterprise software, workplace technology, and emerging industry trends.
- Partner with Product Marketing to communicate product vision, launches, and value propositions.
- Support Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams with enablement materials, product narratives, and demonstrations.
- Define success metrics and measure adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Champion a customer-centric and outcome-driven approach to product development.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strong experience building or managing mobile-first product experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, data-rich, or technically sophisticated products.
- Experience translating emerging technologies and customer needs into successful product initiatives.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Professional fluency in English and French.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise search technologies.
- Background in employee experience, collaboration, knowledge management, productivity, or workplace software.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, permissions, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, customer demonstrations, and partner ecosystems.
- Exposure to large-scale SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
