THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to our Marketing team in Brazil!
Wellhub is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the At-Scale Global Partner GTM Motions.
Our network of +100,000 fitness and wellness partners is key to the success of our global Wellhub ecosystem. As we scale, so does the volume of moments that need to land well - from the arrival of new partners, to dynamic shifts in network composition - across geographies, segments and audiences.
This is a role for a product marketer who thinks in systems and thrives in executing GTM motions at enormous scale; owning the full craft - from market insights and positioning to communication strategy and cross-functional execution. You’ll simultaneously design and execute the launch frameworks, processes and playbooks that make this function scalable, and execute inside them, working closely with our Global Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Product Development, User Growth, and Customer Experience teams.

YOUR IMPACT
- Own the At-Scale Global Partner GTM Motion: You'll define the strategy, positioning and messaging for local partner launches, offboardings and plan placement (plan downtiers) across 18 markets. You will enable the scalable execution of these moments by building an automated process (in collaboration with key stakeholders) that is embedded in our product.
- Build the Scale: You’ll work with Network Partnerships Team, Product Development and User Growth to design automated workflows, messaging templates and localization frameworks that deliver quality launches across markets without manual effort for every execution.
- Storytelling & Enablement: You’ll become the internal subject matter expert on Wellhub’s scalable network partner GTM motions, helping stakeholders across the business understand the value behind the process and why it matters for our partners and our subscribers. You’ll craft clear, compelling messaging that works across audiences — internal teams, users, and clients — whether that’s an enablement deck, a client communication, or a launch brief.
- Product & Market Insights: You'll monitor performance in partner growth and activation rates, gather partner and market feedback, and use those insights to continuously sharpen positioning and GTM approach.

WHO YOU ARE
- A seasoned product marketer with previous of experience, ideally with exposure to a partner, platform, or marketplace environments. You thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership situations — you don’t wait for a playbook to exist before getting started, and you bring structure to chaos without losing speed.
- Deep understanding of how local partners drive value for users, and the ability to translate that into geo-location based communication strategy that can be automated and deployed at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can move between a partner launch brief, an internal enablement deck, and a client-facing communication without losing clarity or voice.
- A unique balance of strategic and executional range - you're as comfortable designing the framework as you are rolling up your sleeves to run it, and you use AI tools and automation to do both better and faster.
- Passion for and experience working with AI and automation-driven communication strategies, working cross-functionally with PD, Partnerships and Martech to design and implement scalable, AI-powered processes.
- Experience working in or with large-scale partner, vendor or supplier platforms: marketplaces or SaaS environments.
- Collaborative by nature, with experience working across functions, regions, and organizations in a global environment.
- Passion for health and wellbeing is a must.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
