Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client within the podcast/media industry
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through to offer stage
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systems
- Support light HR-related duties as needed (e.g., onboarding coordination, documentation support)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter, managing full-cycle hiring
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions (sales, tech, marketing, etc.)
- Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Exposure to basic HR operations or people-related administrative tasks
