Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Business Functions

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
• Build pipelines for leadership, specialist, and high-impact individual contributor roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market benchmarking exercises to support hiring decisions.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
• Drive sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct market outreach.
• Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience.
• Manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong hiring quality.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBP and leadership teams on strategic workforce planning projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to business and corporate function hiring.
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support, HR, or Executive hiring.
• Prior experience in fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, technology, internet, financial services, or high-growth startups preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and highly organized with strong execution capabilities.
