What You’ll Do

• Partner with scaling companies to expand their technical and product teams

• Support startups with tailored and flexible recruiting approaches
• Manage recruitment across technical and non-technical roles as needed
• Operate within Slack-based workflows across internal teams and client workspaces
• Source passive candidates through advanced techniques and technical networks
• Facilitate technical assessments and structured interview processes
• Deliver insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market dynamics
• Balance multiple urgent searches simultaneously with high productivity
