About the Role
Decagon is rapidly scaling and looking for highly capable Technical Sourcers to fuel this growth. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll own the top of funnel for our most critical engineering hires and work closely with company leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class technical talent.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves finding exceptional engineers, building long-term talent pipelines, and influencing hiring outcomes.
In this role, you will
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build our Engineering teams
- Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the company
- Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidates
- Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Operate with a “one team” mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals
Your background looks something like this
- 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering roles
- Proven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive markets
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profiles
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation
$140k - $200k + equity
