As a Service and Operations Partner, you’ll be a trusted, hands-on partner to our owner-operators and store teams, helping lift operational performance where it matters most – in store!
This is a field-based role with real impact. You’ll work alongside store teams to improve day-to-day efficiency, embed consistent ways of working, and turn insights into practical action that enhances customer experience and reduces the cost of doing business.
Store partnership & support – building strong relationships and providing hands-on operational guidance
Operational coaching – helping teams improve productivity and reduce waste through practical, in-store coaching
Change delivery – supporting deployments, system changes, and new store readiness
Performance improvement – using data and reporting to identify opportunities and drive better outcomes

You’re a practical, commercially-minded retail expert who thrives in-store and knows how to make things work better. You build trust quickly, influence confidently, and bring others on the journey with you.
5+ years’ experience in retail operations, store support, or operational change environments
Hands-on experience supporting store openings, refurbishments, or system deployments
Strong knowledge of retail systems (POS, EFT, SAP, back office)
Confidence using data and reporting to identify improvements and drive performance
The ability to partner credibly with store owners and balance compliance with commercial outcomes
Sound judgement and the ability to prioritise what matters most for service, cost, and risk
You’ll also be comfortable working across both field and central teams, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
