Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features from idea → release → maintenance
• Partner with Product to shape solutions before they’re built
• Contribute to a codebase that stays stable, readable, and fun to work in
• Build across the stack - UI, APIs, backend services (no “that’s not my part” energy)
• Collaborate across teams to deliver on time without unnecessary drama
• Review code thoughtfully and give feedback that helps the whole team level up

Requirements

• 1+ years building and shipping software products from start to release to maintenance
• Experience contributing to projects and designing solutions that can scale with use
• Comfortable working across the stack - more focused on solving problems than guarding territory
